1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from mechanical, electromechanical, mold drawing, automation major, more than 3 years of automation-related work experience;
2. A solid professional foundation, familiar with mechanical engineering, electromechanical equipment, engineering drawing and other related knowledge;
3. Understand mechanical processing and manufacturing, mechanical design, know some pneumatics and hydraulics, and have experience in paint coating testing equipment and mechanical drawing of brake equipment;
4. Have a good mechanical design foundation, understand the principle and composition of commonly used machinery and mechanisms;
5. Proficiency in using mechanical design software such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, UG software;
6. There is coating automation or coating production equipment automation, and laboratory automation is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. According to customer needs, develop automation equipment test plans and mechanical drawings, including: overall structure design, functional design, appearance design, design of various parts, etc.;
2. Responsible for the selection and quality confirmation of non-standard parts;
3. Responsible for equipment debugging and on-site technical processing;
4. Responsible for the whole process management of the project and communication with customers;
5. A little understanding of electronic control, familiar with the selection of control components, actuators and electronic control components;
6. Write product specifications.
