(1) Laser derusting. For Type A and Type B rust, laser can be easily removed. After cleaning, the metal surface can return to the white and bright metallic color.

(2) Laser paint removal. Compared with the traditional polishing and paint removal, laser paint removal is not only efficient and low in labor costs, but also does not cause damage to the substrate, and the cleaning effect is far better than traditional paint removal methods. Therefore, it can be applied to the paint stripping of the whole aircraft and the paint stripping of the radome.

(3) Laser removes aluminum alloy oxide layer. Aluminum alloy oxide layer will affect the quality of aluminum alloy welding and reduce the mechanical properties of welded joints. Laser cleaning can replace traditional mechanical polishing, pickling and alkali cleaning processes, with higher efficiency, controllable quality, fast and convenient, environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

(4) Laser degreasing. For oil cleaning, the traditional method generally uses chemical cleaning. Chemical cleaning can easily cause damage to the surface of the cleaning object and environmental pollution. Laser cleaning is a green cleaning method that can easily remove oil and does not burden the environment.

(5) Pre-treatment before welding. Laser pretreatment can remove the moisture and oil stains attached to the surface of the cleaning object, effectively reduce the oxygen content, and improve the quality of welding. Compared with uncleaned welds, after laser cleaning, the pull-up performance of welds is significantly improved

(6) Post-welding treatment. The unsightly appearance of the weld after welding may affect the value of the product, so it is necessary to clean the weld after welding. Laser cleaning can be applied to the post-weld treatment of aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and other materials.

(7) Cultural relic restoration. Laser cleaning can also be applied to cultural relics such as stone statues, calligraphy and painting, and antique appliances.
